This is the last month of 2010, but the beginning of a joyful New Year (2011). My joy is full, and I know that my joy will run over. A new year of prosperity is ahead, and I will be partakers of God’s best for the years ahead. For me, and all children of God, this is my prohecy:
- God will crown all my efforts in 2010 with a huge success. I will succeed in all that I lay my hand upon. No failure will follow me into the New Year.
- I will end this year in JOY. I will not go into 2011 in sorrow, in sickness or in sadness.
- Uncommon favor and mercy of God will guide me through this month of Dec into my 2011 inheritance and goodness of God.
- Everything God still need to do in my life in 2010 will be completed. Nothing will be left undone.
- I will not go empty-handed through this month and into 2011. My cup will run over will the goodness and favor of God. It shall be well with me, my children, my spouse and my entire family. We are a showcase of God’s miracles from this time forward.
- Gates of progress and fulfillment will open unto me in 2011 by their own volition and of their own accord in Jesus name
- Songs of joy, and victory, will now and forever resound in my camp but this day, this month, in 2011 and the rest of my days in Jesus name, Amen.
People always say: what tomorrow will look like starts from today. As we look into the new year, we have to borrow a page from God’s doings in the past and allow that confidence to lead and direct us into greater things ahead of us. In this passage, Israel had the opportunity of hindsight to gaze at God’s dealings with them in the past, with a hopeful look and walk into the future. God is just and righteous. He is an excellent God.
Read Nehemiah 9:12, 1-11,13-15,19-25,33 (verses 33 & 9b of chapter 9 talks of a just and righteous God).
